1. Do you ship to _______?At this time we can only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship products to PO boxes or military APO's.
2. May I pay for my order with ______?
We only accept credit cards and debit cards as payment. We are unable to accept checks, PO's or Paypal.
3. May I use my own UPS/FedEx account for shipping fees?
Unfortunately no, our products are shipped through our own account.
4. When I placed my order the product was in stock, but it has not shipped yet. Please explain.
Once an order is placed the RedOrbit.com team goes through a series of steps to verify the validity of the order and inventory information. This process usually takes place within 2 hours of the order being placed, though for larger orders there are additional steps. We are committed to timeliness and are always working to get your product to you.
5. My product has not yet shipped, why has my card been charged?
After your order is place your credit card will be charged. This is our way of verifying that your card is valid, and that the funds are available in your account. If for some reason you need to cancel your order after it is placed, the charge on your credit card will be released within 2-3 business days, upon receipt of a cancellation email from the RedOrbit Staff.
6. How will I know when to expect my order?
After your order ships we'll email you a tracking number. You can check the carrier's website for delivery information.
7. What is the best way to reach you?
Our contact form is the best method of communication with our sales team. We also offer an online chat.
8. How long does it take it take for my order to ship after the order is
placed?
If your order was placed before 11a am Eastern time, it will normally ship the same day. If your order was placed after 11am Eastern time, it will normally ship the next business day. RedOrbit does not ship products on weekends.
9. May I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel an order. If you realize that you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. We'll make every attempt to honor your request. If the order has already been processed and packaged for the carrier, its too late to cancel.
10. I'd like to return my order.
You may return new, unopened items to RedOrbit.com within 30 days for a refund of the cost of the products. The items should be in their original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Just fill out our contact form and specify "return". You can speed things up by providing the correct information. We'll set up the return and contact you with instructions. Please be aware that we will not handle returns on software titles under any circumstances.
